I have had the Designers Edge Motion-Activated Outdoor Wall Sconce for over a year and it is still working wonderfully. You can adjust the sensor so that it becomes more or less sensitive to motion. You can turn the light on, from the inside house switch, so that it stays on for as long as you want, then just turn it off to resume the motion sensor. It can also be changed to a "on at dusk off at dawn" light. I am very pleased with this porch light.
